That depends on the problem. For some applications, like AI assistants based on large language models, you do not need any of your own training data. For other applications we look together at what is available and whether that is enough to start with.
Absolutely. We can work with local models that run entirely on your own infrastructure. Sensitive data does not leave your organisation. When using cloud services we always choose European data centres and sign data processing agreements.
Then we tell you. After the discovery phase it may turn out that a simple automation is a better fit. We always recommend the solution that gives the best result, even if that is not AI.
